If you need to restart a service, you can not restart the service using the Torrent Suite™ Software. The easiest approach is to shut down and restart the Ion Torrent™ Server.
After shutting down and restarting the server, all services that were running before shutting down continue from the point where they were interrupted, and no more user interaction is needed.
Shut down and restart the Ion Torrent™ Server.
(Optional) Restart the
services.
sudo service <name> start
Verify that the services are running using the ps ax | grep py command or the Torrent Suite™ Software user interface.
If the services do not continue to run after being restarted, contact your local Field Service Engineer for assistance.
