After you import a custom DNA barcode set into Torrent Suite™ Software, if you no longer want to use the set in your Planned Runs, you can delete it from your Ion Torrent™ Server.
IMPORTANT! Do not delete the any system barcode set.
Click (Settings) > Reference Sequences, then click Barcode Sets in the left navigation menu.
In the Barcodes table, in the row of the barcode set to be deleted, click (Actions) > Delete.
In the Confirm Delete Barcode Set dialog box, click Delete Barcode Set.
Click Yes, Delete! to confirm.
The DNA barcode set is permanently deleted from your Ion Torrent™ Server.
