User (Staff) versus Administrator (Superuser) roles

In Torrent Suite™ Software, the User (Staff) role allows the creation and execution of Planned Runs on a sequencing instrument.

The Administrator (Superuser) role also allows the creation and execution of Planned Runs, server configuration, user configuration, base caller configuration, reference management, and data management. For more information on Administrator functions, see Administer Torrent Suite Software.
